Balancing branch access control with service

Has anyone measured throughput impacts after adding a single-door mantrap and badge-based visitor check-in at a retail branch? I’m comparing queue times during 8:30–9:30 against reductions in shoulder-surfing at teller windows (privacy screens, masked receipts) to justify rollout, and would value concrete numbers or pitfalls you encountered?

With a ‘single-door mantrap’, we added about 12s/visitor; queues +9%, shoulder-surfing -55%. Pre-enroll regulars via QR cut 7s; try it?
